Kerry Mulcrone is President of Mulcrone & Associates, a Twin Cities’ based company specializing in providing new home sales solutions for home building corporations across the country. As a top award-winning salesperson and motivational presenter with more than twenty years of on-site sales, management and coaching experience, Kerry is known for her fresh, enthusiastic and practical approach that dovetails the specific needs of each client. She has presented her inspiring ideas and experiences to many local and national homebuilders, associations and industry-related organizations.

Kerry has attained the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) prestigious Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation, and Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) designation. She is also was a past Large Volume Board Member of the Builder Association of the Twin Cities and is currently Vice Chairperson on the National Sales and Marketing Council for NAHB.

Kerry is a regular contributing author to local and national publications including Association of the Twin Cities Builders' Digest, Agent Direct News and National Association of Home Builders Sales + Marketing Ideas Magazine. Kerry has also presented numerous seminars at the International Builders Show.
