Meet Kerry Mulcrone
President of Mulcrone and Associates, a New Home Sales and Training company based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area, Kerry Mulcrone has been selling, training and teaching in the new home sales arena since 1986.
With 20 plus years of hands-on experience, from being a top award winning salesperson and a new home sales manager, to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kerry is known for her enthusiastic, encouraging yet realistic and practical style of sales training, coaching and speaking. Her many years in the new home sales market combined with her background in teaching and coaching, make her a specialist in the new home sales field and well-suited as an educator. She has been providing organizations and clients with insight and perspective to boost their company and customer growth. Kerry also speaks to and trains with associations and companies such as Lennox and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, sharing her unique ideas for sales management, teamwork and personal and professional success.
Kerry holds the National Association of Home Builders prestigious MIRM designation and also the CMP and CSP designations. She is a Board Member of the Builder Association of the Twin Cities and a National Sales and Marketing Council Member.
A regular contributor to both local and national publications, her articles can be found in Builders Association of the Twin Cities Builders' Digest, Agent Direct News and National Association of Home Builders Sales + Marketing Ideas Magazine. She is also a Webinar presenter with Agent Direct News.
